Investment criteria

We employ a comprehensive investment criterion that has generated great success for our partners. We seek highly fragmented healthcare sectors in North America that are looking to sell a majority stake of their business. To determine if the practice would be a good fit, we look at the practice’s business model, organic growth, as well as its management team. We typically require a minimum EBITDA of $500,000, but this may vary depending on the range of time the practice has been operating or external factors that may have impacted profitability, such as the Covid-19 pandemic.

To help both practice owners and our partners come out of the deal feeling satisfied, we take a comprehensive approach to help ease the complex process.

We work with an abundance of lawyers, accountants, and advisors to help guide us through the entire process.
